Large Screen-In Porch Added in 2022! Enjoy even more living and dining space in this beautiful two bedroom, 2 ½ bath condo! This unit has a great view of the lake and harbor upstairs and downstairs. Enjoy the new porch downstairs, back deck that includes a gas grill and table for outdoor dining as well as the screened in upstairs balcony off the primary bedroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a large King size bed and en suite with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a full and twin size bed, also with a private bath attached. A half bath is available downstairs, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and cozy gas fireplace you can relax by when weather gets colder. Entertainment includes four TVs with Direct TV, DVD/Blu-Ray players and a Nintendo loaded with over 500 games!
In the heart of Green Turtle Bay, you are very close to the outdoor pool, tennis courts, playground and Jade and Earth Spa. You are in walking distance to both Dockers and the Commonwealth Yacht Club, and a quick golf cart ride to the Thirsty Turtle! This is a NON SMOKING unit and DOES NOT ALLOW PETS. The owner of this unit occasionally brings their own pet. Our housekeepers work very hard, but we cannot fully guarantee a pet-allergy safe experience.

We loved our stay at green turtle bay. Our little cottage was amazing! The only thing I would change is the mattress. It was very hard. If they would just put memory foam on it this place would be the best!
