Spanning approximately 1,480 square feet, it offers thoughtful design and comfort throughout. Enjoy two screened-in decks overlooking the peaceful pond, plus convenient access to the walkway leading to the GTB beach. The inviting living room provides generous seating (note: no sofa sleeper) and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed and a spacious screened-in deck with lounge seating—perfect for relaxing. The second bedroom includes two full beds and a private full bath. Entertainment is easy with large-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, plus a DVD player.   The condo was very comfortable and clean. For some reason, however, the A/C couldn't be set lower than 70 and it was cooler upstairs than downstairs (??), which is why we attempted to lower the thermostat.

  We love staying at Green Turtle Bay! Everyone is so nice and the properties are well taken care of. We also like the flexibility of the restaurant availability on the property and the food at the Thirsty Turtle and Dockers is never disappoints. The only negative, which is not really a negative, is that this particular property could have used a few more kitchen utensils and pans. I cook a lot while we are there. We certainly made do!

  There were 4 of us girlie golfers who went looking for adventures. We landed in a very well decorated and clean condominium w:a beautiful view of the lake. While enjoying our morning coffee out on the screened in patio, wildlife was abundant! We were able to feed the deer some grapes while watching them wade into the lake. There must have been 8 at one given time. The owners of the condos really thought through everything we would need! We had a fantastic time and was exceptionally pleased w/ the accommodations!

  We stayed at a green Turtle Bay for a family reunion with 44 people. The set up was perfect as we had small family’s with just two people and larger family’s with 8 people. The options of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes was perfect to fit our group. We rented 8 homes total. The beach area was a bit rocky, bring a pair of water shoes and you will be fine! The only negative was the lake it self. It had a lot of debris floating around from massive storms just a week earlier. On our last day, I noticed it was already clearing up some.

  Just one other friend and myself were able to stay in your facility and attend the Annual Paducah quilt show. All was great, clean and very accommodating in every way. Wish we could have stayed longer at the resort to relax when the show was over. No such luck!!
