This beautiful one bedroom, one bath condo has a water view, overlooking the bay. This condo is bright and has warm colors with all new decor and furnishings. There are two flat panel TV's with DVD players. A king size bed in the bedroom and a full-size pullout sofa by the fireplace. You will be a short walk to the lake, one of two outdoor pools, a playground and boat rentals. This condo is a NON- SMOKING unit. Does not allow pets! Newly built screened in porch.

Unit 334 (Changes in Attitude) was a great condo! The condition of the inside and out were above expectations. It was very clean, appointed well and everything worked. The large shower was a reason I chose this one and it was nice to have. I only have two downsides, and they are small. the first is that the security light for the road floods into the bedroom and the shades don't darken it. It may be different when there are leaves on the trees. The second is that with the positioning of the condos, there is no privacy on the very nice back deck and the shades need to be closed if you have neighbors as they are very close.
The location overall is great but before April, many businesses are closed during the week. The places I did eat at were all excellent (Cabin Pizza, Craig's, Patti's & T.L Lawson, Tiki Turtle and Between the Lakes). My stay was for 9 nights in March.

This was a very nice, relaxing get away. We did get to enjoy some of the amenities such as massages at Jade Spa, and shopping/ dinning at Patti's 1800 Settlement. Very nice condo, just as pictured. Back porch was great especially since we had a very rainy stay. Also found out this is certainly a weekend spot since hardly nothing is open from Monday thru Wednesday. Hard to find a place to eat. The condo exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and decor! All appliances were very clean, furniture wasn't worn, and glass table tops had absolutely no smudges...even on the porch. Might want to purchase new sheets. Our only issue was the steps out front since we are elders and there was no hand rail. Was not pleased with Thirsty Turtle as it was not clean and food was not good. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo. The view of the lake was beautiful and the trees were turning.

Had a wonderful time at green turtle bay over thanksgiving weekend. Swam, got a massage, played cards and games with my family. Our family rented a total of 3 condos. It was a blast. Friendly, nice and accommodating. The only recommendation would be for Green Turtle to replace the solid fencing around pools to provide a view. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!! This condo is absolutely stunning!!! The updated patio is wonderful! We were able to eat every meal outside without worries of bugs. The only issue I had was the steps coming off the parking area, the wood is starting to rot, causing the wood to be broken and loose.

We stayed 2 days at GTB and loved it. My favorite was the screened in deck. Spent half a day just relaxing on the deck by the water. The cabin was clean, cool and perfect. Cons are: please invest in some nice bed sheets and spread. Also, some king size pillows. Also, it would be nice to be more consistent with restaurant opening times as well as opening an hour earlier for those on Cincinnati time. Keep up the good work. Beautiful resort!

Very much enjoyed the condo. Overall a good experience. Loved sitting on the screen porch and enjoying the sounds of the lake. This condo looked to be one of the only ones with both an upper and a lower deck. Place was clean, everything looked nice and was great. Only drawbacks was the cable was having issues and was too jittery to watch in the evening and the shower needs a little maintenance. Quiet, nice layout, everything really was accomodating including the folks at the front counter.

Our cottage at Green Turtle Bay was a great place to stay. The cottage was thoroughly cleaned. It had all the necessary supplies and was well stocked.All the rooms were updated. We were to get our food curbside from nearby restaurants. The views of the lake were spectacular as we enjoyed the warm of our fireplace. Great winter getaway!
Would definitely vacation here again!

Very nice cabin in the woods. Very clean, nice view, very enjoyable place to spend a week. We love the screened in porch and our view of the lake was wonderful. We were close enough to the dock to walk to our boat in just a few minutes. The staff at the dry dock were very friendly and helpful and made our trip even more enjoyable. We will definitely be planning more trips there in the future.

We had a nice time for three nights. The condo has nice amenities but the screened in porch away from bugs was the best. It still smells new! No one else had this. There was even a little porch below it. The water views in August are just ok but still can be seen. The inside was well updated. The resort was a good COVID vacation!

This condo is stunning! The view, just right. I’m sure it is breathtaking in the Fall. Our favorite part was the screened in porch! It was so nice to sit out there, rain or shine, and relax with no bugs. Everything from check in, to boat slip rental, to the location and accommodations of the condo were fantastic. The condo was immaculate. We ended up staying an extra night and we STILL were not ready to leave. Perfect place to disconnect from a fast paced world to enjoy slowing down and being immersed into all that nature has to offer. We will definitely be back!

Our rental cabin was beautiful, very clean, and very well-equipped.The location was beautiful and the screened-in porch made sitting outside in the evening a real joy. The only improvement I can suggest is to provide a better TV service. The working channels available at the cabin were few and not the channels we normally watch - we watched TV on our laptops.

We were so happy with our rental.The unit was extremely clean & had everything you could possibly need.The screened in porch was perfect. The best part of our stay was sitting out there looking at the lake. So peaceful.We will be going back for sure but will only stay in this perfect cottage!The downstairs deck was a pleasant surprise too. Cute string lights was a nice addition. The owners thought of everything. Easy check in. Wish we could have checked out a little later, 10am was quite early. Renting a golf cart is a must-you can drive it everywhere, even in to town.

The only disappointment was that my husband and I would have loved to spend some of our time on the lake, but the pontoons there are very large and expensive for two people. Wish they would have had smaller boats to rent for the day.

We found this place to be very nice. The grounds are very clean, and the views are spectacular. We rented a pontoon boat and fished for half a day. Seen many turtles and birds, on the lake and deer in the woods around the grounds. We even found an old cemetery on one of our walks.
If you don't care to walk, you can always rent a golf cart. We had a really good time.

Unit 334 was a fantastic 1 bedroom condo. We loved all the attention to details and the beautiful decorating. Made us feel as if we were at home. As always, GTB never disappoints. From reservation to check-in was seamless. The condo was clean, well furnished and stocked. We did experience technical issues with the TV and a DVD was missing in the main area, but we found other ways to spend our time. Would definitely revisit this one.

Everything was as we had hoped it would be! The condo was very clean and the floor plan was not cramped and very efficient. We also enjoyed the area at Green Turtle bay, glad they have restaurants within the grounds! We got a pizza to-go from the Thirsty Turtle (Yummy!). Hiking paths were within minutes drive, in addition to other dining options.

We stayed in Unit 334. We were there for our 4th wedding anniversary. It was absolutely wonderful. It was exactly as pictured on the website. Extremely clean, and very well maintained. Beautifully decorated. The reservation staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast at Dockers. It was great with very friendly service. We enjoyed a very nice dinner at the Commonwealth Yacht Club. The food was excellent and we received an added bonus by being serenaded by Saxophonist, Reggie LaFay. We had such a great time. We definitely want to come back soon. We highly recommend Green Turtle Bay.

We stayed in 334 for 5 nights while our boat was in the boat yard. We had traveled by car from the West Coast and were tired of eating out. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked for cooking, and the Weber grill on the patio fantastic. Very comfortable living room. The air conditioning worked like a champ, and it was hot! Lake view is mostly blocked by the trees, but lovely nonetheless. Would recommend this condo. The resort is a worthwhile destination. Everybody here is so very nice.

Absolutely loved every part of Green Turtle Bay from the cabin, to the restaurants and all the amenities. Cabin 334 was very comfortable. We really felt like we were at home. The owners have furnished and decorated it with such a personal touch that it stands out among the other cabins. The upper and lower decks of this cabin are amazing. The owners have taken advantage of the space under the upper deck and built a lower deck that is spectacular. We will go back as soon as we can!

Our first time in the Grand Rivers area, the Green Turtle Bay is a very nice mid-range resort. Unit 334 is a very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated and supplied one-bedroom cabin. It seems like almost brand new in a cul-de-sac of newer condos overlooking the water. With a nicely furnished kitchen and apartment size washer and drier, a nice weber gas grill on the porch with a nice patio table, the unit had everything we needed.

The lakes (Barkley and Kentucky) have unlimited boating opportunities with lots of quiet bays and well marked channels.

Weather at this time of year was a bit iffy, but beats Wisconsin, and we were able to boat every day. Again, the water is amazing.

This place fit us, as we were not looking for nightlife or shopping. Grand Rivers is quaint, but pretty limited. There is a decent grocery store, and Patti's looks nice, but is temporarily closed due to a recent fire.

As for the resort, it is quiet and spread out, friendly and helpful people in the office and marina. The Marina an boat launch are fine. And we would stay again at Unit 334, and are thinking about a longer stay in the future.
